Second vehicle purchase from Malloy Chevrolet. Found newer model Traverse with low miles. Purchased Certified so got extra warranty. Couldn't beat the price! Made the deal, with a trade, in record time. Customer Service was excellent. My salesperson, Rich Williams, was attentive to questions and hesitations, without being pushy. Financing was quick and painless. Farid Mohajer-Vaghari, my finance manager, explained all options.

As a repeat customer and someone who gets all service from the dealership I expected to be treated as a valued customer. I was not! Tried to get a new car for my daughter and had horrible customer service (stood up first appointment) and had bad experience second appt. Lots of add on fees ($2000 gas&go lol). Ex- military as well. I thought there would be more effort under new ownership. People don’t travel to Front Royal to purchase cars, it’s for people who are loyal to community. I’ll have to switch from Chevy or go elsewhere. Too bad?

I recently visited the store to purchase a new car. I was working with a young sales person and everything was going okay until Clint the GM tried to get involved. He tried to explain that the dealer pricing was handled by Mr. Leckner himself and he agreed it was a bait and switch style price scheme just to get people in the door. He said the $999 processing fee was also just a way to get the owner paid and if he owned the store he wouldn’t charge more than $99 or no processing fee. Clint was nice but how can I trust a company who’s own GM doesn’t believe in the owners or company mission. Sounds like Mr. Leckner might want to change the company mission or hire managers that agree with his agenda. Either way I’m not buying from a company who’s own store manager doesn’t believe in their services or products worth.
