The sales and finance people were helpful and courteous. I bought a certified preowned Silverado and in the first couple weeks found a problem. I took the truck back. They looked at the problem and said yes, we will take care of it. They provided a loaner and made it right with my truck.

Jason was a great salesman. He treated me really good. But that is where the good stopped. They sold me a $90 thousand dolllar 2023 Yukon that had the bad 6.2 engine. I traded for a ‘$46000 dollar ‘26 Terrain, after driving it 100 miles, it wobbled so bad it was hard to keep in your lane. They put axles on it and said it was fixed. It was not fixed. Jason Moses or The GM had NO REMORSE at all for selling me two bad GMC’s they did not care that I lost $22,000 with them in 18 months time. They did nothing to help me heal up from my loss. I would NOT recommend them at all.

Working with Dave, Riley and Jordan was an excellent experience. All the staff was friendly, kind and helpful. Each person provided attention to my specific company vehicle needs and they went out of their way to find the perfect work truck for my company. The financing and paperwork component of the experience with quick and easy and all the paperwork was ready for me when I arrived to pick up the truck. They even offered to deliver the truck to me. I had a great experience and I am grateful to the Thornhill team!
