I have always enjoyed working with Montgomery Motors and James. I’ve been buying my vehicles there since 1990 and from James since 2009. They always meet my expectations. I can call James and tell him exactly what I’m looking for as far as my warranties, GAP and what I want my payments to be and he finds it they do all the paperwork and I come in and sign. No hassles, no issues. They know me and what I want. Best dealership ever. I know big dealerships with multiple locations may claim to give you a better deal but I can’t see how they could do better than what I always get from Montgomery Motors and James.

I went in two weeks ago to to get a quote on a used certified Continental The salesman Very politely took our specifications and said that he would have to get the owner ok to persue Shopping for the car at the dealer auction like our previous purchase had been at green Lincoln. Since the owner had been out of town he explained that I would need to wait a couple of days Which was ok with me.after waiting twelve days with no response I called the dealer to inquire On the status of my request.The salesman not only did not know who I was nor did he know what my previous request was. He said he had not heard from the owner after two weeks.That is some customer service.I am now off to another dealer to see if they are in business to provide a quote. Julian Hawes COLFAX,nc[

This was the first car I bought from liberty. The salesperson was very helpful and showed me a new Milan. I love my new Milan. It has everything I wanted in a car and more. I don't know how I lived without sync before. I shopped around quite a bit and this was by far the best value. Jake listed to what I was looking for in my new car, knew the answers to all of my questions, and got me a great deal. I can't say enough about the level of service. They were great!

No stars! I called and then drove 2 hours to purchase an Aviator. I told them what time I would arrive and I arrived exactly on time. When I walked through the front door they all looked away. Car was sold while I was in transit but no-one bothered to call me to save my time. They had my name and cell #. Obviously a previous looker was called to make the deal before I arrived. Shady practice that I will share with all. Bad sales department!
