The team is great but the receptionist at the services area (Joshua) was very unprofessional on multiple encounters and claimed that I do not have an appointment even though the appointment was confirmed. The car only needed regular maintenance I did tell him the back tire needs to be checked because it is running out of air and needs to be refilled but that was not addressed. Also when the service was done Josh told me the car was out on the lot and just pointed with his finger to go outside, but it was in a completely different location. I really do not think he has customer service in mind. My previous interactions were with Benny and he is the best, I will only work with Benny when I go to Volvo Durham
