I have used the Love Dealership service for my oil change and full service check for 7 years ever since I purchased my new vehicle. I was always pleased with the service which included a complementary tire rotation. Hendrix service department Service Technician Eric Spath was very accommodating and delivered the service I expected and I received very good care under his watch. Thank you Eric for the compliment. I would like routine service to take less time than it did, but I was able to complete some errands by securing a ride that happened to be available at the time.

He showed us exactly what we wanted, completed the process quickly, and we walked out with the vehicle we wanted within a few hours. He answered many questions during our test drive, walked us through all the technical items, and was always on top of everything. We interacted with several staff members, and everyone was friendly and very helpful. I can recommend this dealership for service only, they do a satisfactory job; not exactly the best, and sometimes take too long to get the job done. If you have a good relationship with them, you can get away with most aftermarket modifications on the vehicle without any problems of refused warranty work. Sales on the other hand, they are too uptight on the pricing and the salespersons do not do a good job to make you feel important enough to call you once a vehicle is available, etc. I ended up buying my car from a dealership about an hour away because I could actually haggle a price on it.
