So I was adamant that we were buying him a new truck. It took awhile because some car salesman can, unfortunately, be somewhat pushy. Which is not a bad thing, it’s just not my cup of tea. So, after closing time, we’d “look” around. No stress shopping! We wanted something that was competitively priced, within the budget we set, but still as close as we could find to our ideal truck. We literally dreaded salesman talk, one place wanted $1,000 to even start looking for what we wanted. Then YASHA DAVIS, at Marchant Chevrolet in Ravenel, came into our life! Yasha’s no pressure, I’ll find as close as humanly possible what you want, that’s within the budget you’ve set for yourself, approach as a car salesman is unprecedented in our 45 years of buying vehicles. Yasha was very low key, respectful, and LISTENED to our wants, while clearly taking our budget into account. We’re now driving our perfect retirement truck!! His approach was genuinely customer-focused, making the entire process comfortable and transparent. The salesperson who helped me, Larry, was very open, honest, and thoughtful which is something that is not found too often at a dealer.
