Have to say when you go to a dealership it’s not like it’s a favorite place to visit. However, visiting the Volvo store was by far the best experience I have ever had in a dealership. The staff was excellent and provided me everything I needed. I didn’t have to fight to go any information at all. And let’s be honest it’s a Volvo. The new XC60 was the best suv I have test drive so far. And with the gas mileage I think this is what I’m hoing to buy. Thanks Joe and the Volvo team for such a good experience.

Horrible experience in the service department. Jason and Wayne Owen’s very disrespectful and rude. Recently in for service. I discovered I. was charged for a part that was covered under my extended warranty. I caught it. They never mentioned it. The conversation ended with Jason screaming at me and then his dad, Wayne Owens, services manager came out and continued yelling at me. When I left, employees came outside and apologized for them and said they were so wrong in how they treated me. DO NOT have you car services at Volvo of Athens.
