I found the exact Tuscon Limited that I wanted at an out of town Hyundai dealership and Michael quickly coordinated getting the car to Tallahassee. Micheal O. gets an A+. With knowledgeable assistance from Major Lowe in Finance, we completed the deal! Major explained items thoroughly and happily showed us all warrenty and payment options. General Manager, Jeff Golden checked on us several times to ensure everything was going smoothly. Never thought I would buy a Hyundai, but after extensive research and their consistent great ratings, I got my sassy red Tuscan Limited with all the bells and whistles!

I wasn’t sure about making an appointment by phone with AI, but as it turns out a follow up telephone call was made by one of the employees in the service department, for which I was grateful. I waited for my car to get serviced and it was a reasonable amount of time to wait. I did not have any complaints about this visit.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! We drove from Chattanooga to Albany, 5 hrs, after making a deal on a 1 year old, 6000 mile certified preowned Sonata. They didn't have anything ready to go. Salesman lied about it being a smoker car. They screwed around until closing before we could get out of there. We're still waiting on paperwork. Salesman grabed his stuff and left before demonstrating anything in the car. We had to stop a different person for help pairing my wife's phone. There was no fluid in the washer reservoir. The check engine light keeps coming on. The brake pedal makes noise when you let up on it. How is this a certified pre-owned ??? Oh yeah, and they won't return my calls. Don't give them a chance to scree you. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
