Don't use Doral Acura services if you can avoid it! I had to the the timing belt service and got a quote of 2,700. Decided to check Miami Acura website and found it posted for 1,500 after a 350.00 discount coupon. Not a surprise I decided to drive 15mi. south to save 1,200 bucks! Since I live close by, I went this week again to check on some parts price. All parts were double the price compared to what I could find online from other dealers and OEM discount sellers. I really try to give this dealer a chance but I guess they don't care being competitive. I'm not sure what kind of people goes there; they might not be money savvy and don't care spending double the price compared to similar service 15 mi. away or like me, I would go if I run into an emergency. Tried to contact their GM to provide feedback. I guess she was too busy to respond.
