Buying a car is never a good experience. And for most of us, we only have to buy a car when necessary...for "need", not for "want". Car sales people can come across as aggressive, uninformed, and simply want to close a deal. Yep, most are xxxxx. We needed a car, checked online with VW, Honda, Nissan, and did a drive by at Tampa Audi. 1. Damian greeted us. 7pm. Polite. Respectful. Considerate. An absolute professional. 2. Damian showed us cars...new, pre-owned, certified, and knew most details of all of the models. 3. Damian made us feel welcome. Because of Damian, we bought a Q5 the next day. 4. He continues to follow up with us. Between Damian (our professional Audi sales dude), and Vlad (our Audi tech who can walk us through the details of the car), and Benjamin, the finance professional....no complaints. Nico Jimenez provided us with outstanding service when we brought my wife’s Audi Q3 in for its first service maintenance (oil change fe and tire rotations). Nico quickly checked us in, showed us to the great waiting area, provided us with drinks and snacks , kept us informed of the status and came and got us when completed, walked us out to the car and provided a video of the technician going over the car.
