I am extremely pleased with my experience. I purchased the truck online. I spoke with Barry, salesman, at the dealership when I called in. He was very easy to work with. We drove 2 1/2 hours to get there and everything was exactly as we had agreed, no "dealer add on" or other fees or tricks. I will be going back next time I need to buy a car. I never thought I would praise a car dealership, but they definitely earned it. Thanks

I drove from Albertville Alabama to Arab and the trip was well worth the drive. Mark assisted me the evening before and answered most of my questions over the phone and Faye was just wonderful. I drove up the next morning and felt like I was where I was meant to be. Sammy , Mark , Doug, Grant, and Faye were so kind. They let me test drive several cars and made me a deal on the one I chose and really gave me a deal. I would like to say thank you for taking the time of explaining everything to me and sitting down and helping me program my Chevy Cruze LT. They were showing me all the features in the car and just treated me with respect and kindness. Judd is the absolute worst salesman I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Completely rude, condescending, sleazy, know-it-all attitude. I caught him in a lie where he tried to tell me a new rim for my car would be $500, when the parts department from this dealership told me it would be $130 for a brand new rim with the tire pressure sensor and everything when I was looking to replace it. Tried to tell me it would be $1000 to detail my car, when I and everyone else I've told about this knows that a good detail job is very rarely at or above $200. He then got more insistent that he was right and then stated "well everyone has their own opinion" in a snobby tone. Clearly he needs to find a dictionary because I was stating facts. Really wanted to strangle him because of the way he was talking to me. Let's see you try and delete this one Judd :) I told you I wouldn't let up. I'll continue to be the biggest annoyance in your life. Everyone who is smart and looks up a dealership before they do business with them is going to know that you're a lying con artist, but that's perfect for you because you love screwing over stupid people. You just severely messed up when you thought that I was stupid.

The salesman and the finance manager told my employee, time and again, that her new truck would cost $19,000 and that the balance she owed on a trade-in would be payed off without owing anything more. I looked at the contract and discovered that the price of her new truck was actually around $32,000 and that the payoff of the trade-in had been added to the price of the vehicle. Factor in the interest rate and the other fees, and she will end up paying nearly $46,000 dollars for a vehicle she was told, time and time again, would only cost around $19,000. She will never make this mistake again and she will take me with her the next time she goes car shopping!
