My interaction with the sales manager while having my 2020 Porsche 911 Cabrera S serviced was extremely disappointing as he became involved in a warranty question I had. Long story but his attitude was arrogant and, in my opinion, very unprofessional. He needs to be somewhere in the back room rather than talking to prospects or customers.
