specifically a review regarding service. Video review included a recommendation that the engine and cabin air filters be replaced, but they never went to talk to my wife in the waiting area. Worse yet, they discovered a nail in the rear tire, and never said anything to her about it. They were just going to let her leave service with a nail in the tire. What kind of service is this? A video review is nice but if you don't talk to the customer they aren't getting the service they came in for.
$3 charge for "roadside assistance" which turns out is a charge for the little reminder sticker that goes in your window. I guess I should be happy they didn't charge me for the ink from their pen?
Also be aware that they charge you 3% if you use a credit card. Which can add up if you have much work done.
I have two Mazda's, I won't be returning with either one for service in the future.
