John spent several hours with me showing several cars that I may be interested in. John was not high pressure and was very easy to talk to. It was easy for me to make a decision about which car I would buy.

I think this dealership is absolute trash, whoever the female is that answered the phone earlier today needs to be fired. We were hung up on today when we inquired about the federal EV tax credit, which Bill Cole Ford was supposed to submit paperwork for. We have submitted a complaint to Ford’s BEV team and we will be pressing this matter further if necessary. We're now out $15,000 in tax credits alone thanks to Bill Cole Ford not doing their job. "Clean vehicle dealers and sellers must register with the IRS to submit time-of-sale reports and receive advance payments."

Worst dealership ever! - Wondering

Worst experience ever! Manipulators, high pressure sales! Would never trust them again. They had the audacity to have you sign a contract and then hand you one key that won't work to start a remote start engine. Refused to make it good by getting the key fob for it. Vehicle has 77-80 decibels noise inside. Can't hear myself think!Said nothing they could do.
