Returned our leased 2022 Outback Onyx XT. Got a good deal on a 2025 Outback Touring model. Matt Ferding was our salesman. He does a great job and had the car ready to go when we pulled up. Hes super easy to work with. Very friendly! We also worked with Franscesco on the finance end. He too was very friendly. Laid everything out in an easy to understand manner. Tony walked us through all the paperwork signing. Made it super quick. All in all, another great experience. We've purchased multiple vehicles from Ganley, and never an issue. The staff is wonderful.

If I could leave no stars I would. My mom retired at the start of the year and is now on a fixed income. She bought a 2018 Subaru Forester late 11/2024. The first week the battery was dead and other minor issues started cropping up. I regret that she did not inquire on voiding the sale at that point. Within 6 months the check engine light, A/T oil temp light etc. came on. She is being told she will need a new transmission for $6000-$7000. Her mechanic has been in touch with the dealership and Subaru discussing any assistance/recourse given the extreme and immediate issues she has had to no avail. Only 5500 miles has been driven since purchase. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. If you do you might as well add 6-7K to your budget a buy a new or at least newer car from a respectable and accountable location. Or just make sure you won't have to actually drive the car you are buying.
