The only issue I have had with them is that they told me they were waiting on parts to come in for it which they did and told me they would contact me when the car was ready to test drive which was supposed to be 3 days ago I but still have not heard from them.

My husband works in Charleston and had to drive to Parkersburg to close the deal. They stayed late so we could get it done. I also appreciated the lack of “hard sell” on warranty products. I’ve been sold on those since I had to use one and paid $100 for a whole new transmission, but the finance guy didn’t try to push it. Get hey also brought the car I wanted from the Charleston dealership. I would definitely work with them again.
