With over 30 years in the food industry, I’ve developed incredibly high standards for service—and somehow, Kitario exceeded every one of them. His knowledge of the Hyundai Tucson was beyond impressive. He was not only well-informed but also communicated everything clearly and confidently, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. What really stood out, though, was his attentiveness and responsiveness. Update 6-12-2025 I guess Rohrman Cares helpline really does not care. Too bad as I have called into the Rohrman Cares Helpline 4 times and each time the call center agent says they have reported my call to their boss and I am not sure why I have not been contacted. And acts annoyed that I have called again. As you can see in their reviews they want you to call in the Rohrman Cares helpline so they can open a case and help you. I also have left a message on their website for Rohrman Cares to contact me and nobody has ever tried to contact me. My issue was not that big of a deal but shows me that if you purchase a vehicle from them and have a worse problem good luck one they get your money your out of luck for any assistance with an issue Updated 3-28-2025 Updating my review 4 months later, My vehicle I purchased was a 2025 Santa Fe Calligraphy model that had an MSRP of over $50,000 and had a trim piece on the front passenger door that had scratch on it and I would not of bought it in that condition but the salesman said not to worry they he would order a new trim piece for it. Ok so here we are today and finally got the trim piece in it was the wrong part no big deal just order the right one but when it came in and was there to have it installed I was also told I would have to pay for the labor to install the trim piece. I asked why I should pay anything since this was damaged before purchase and how they could justify this and would not give me an answer...? Wow such a petty thing to lose a customer over. Purchased a new 2025 Santa Fe from here had a very good experience overall my salesman Trevor was very easy to work with and did a good job, Would use this dealer and salesman again if in the market for another new car. I bought a used 2020 Jeep here... the service for oil changes has always been great! Had a nail in my tire....Ryan P. in service was awesome!! Got me in, found my tire warranty, ordered a new tire and will call me tomorrow when it is in. Fast and courteous!! Much better service than another JEEP dealer in town!

Our salesman went above and beyond! Couldn't have gotten a better salesman to work with. Very personable and truly cared about our needs! Even before leaving the dealership he hooked my car seat up in the new vehicle! Had my newborn with me and made sure we were comfortable & accommodated! The most impressive part was that he stayed with us the entire day during signing and getting our car ready to go. I know they work off commission & he pretty much lost a days work. I even told him he didn't have to stay and he said "yes I do"! He made the experience one of the best I've ever had dealing with a dealership and salesman!
