My wife and I enjoyed the experience we had visiting this dealership. We first called to inquire about a pickup truck seen online. They responded to all of our questions while also giving us additional information about the truck along with sending additional pictures to help in the description. Once we arrived to look and drive the vehicle it turned out to exceed our expections. We will definitely call them for our next vehicle purchase.

I recently took my car for a detailing service and initially was not pleased with the outcome. I voiced my concern and the issues were addressed promptly, graciously, and thoroughly. So many dealerships tout their prowess with customer service but when it comes time to deliver they disappear. Not with Kunes. Their customer service was exemplary and I was treated with respect and they made everything right just as they said they would. This dealership, in my opinion, is outstanding. Thank you to the service department for your commitment to your customers.

Went to Toyota of Muscatine and spoke with Jim Greenhaw. Told him what we were looking for and price range. Jim got right on it. Within a week he had found a vehicle to fit our family's needs.
