I wanted to personally thank the service department team at Gustman Honda for getting my wife and I out of a big jam. We had travelled from MIchigan to Wisconsin to attend the EAA air show in Oskosh. On our way to the show out car broke down. We called Guzman and they understood the situation we were in an agreed to take a look at the car in the next couple of days. My wife and I were really hoping to have the car repaired before we had to head back to Michigan on Thursday. When we explained what was happening they agreed to take a quick look to rule out something simple. We were in the shop less than a half hour and they had corrected the problem and got us on our way to the show. A big thank you to the Gustman service team for being so understanding and efficient.

Salesman Joe and Business Manager Randy were excellent. Understanding it’s impossible to request a hold of a new vehicle, we travelled the 3 hours there hoping a Ridgeline was available still. Accommodating our tight schedule and understanding the travel, these two gentlemen along with desk staff and service staff made the purchase a pleasure.
