Poor service. Brought a GMC pickup in with a bad wheel bearing. Was told the whole hub assembly was removed to diagnose the issue. Found out the vehicle warranty didn't cover wheel bearings, I took it back home and bought a new bearing set. Upon removing the old bearing, I could see not one bolt of the assembly had been touched. I even had to tap the wheel to get it off. I do believe I was lied to. Won't be going back there..

We drove 4 hours to test drive a Ford Explorer. When we got there, we were greeted in a professional manner. I think her name was Breauna,, got the keys and plate warmed up the car for us and told us to go drive it around. Take your time and really test drive it. When we got back she asked us what we thought. We like it but, it was a big step to take right away. Breauna went over all the work that was done and really assured us how safe and reliable this car will be. We bought it and drove it home. We were very pleased with all the info she gave us. The speed of getting our paperwork done, and telling us what to expect when they transfer the title. We will go 4 hours out of our way again and again. Thank you for the friendly service.
