I had the BEST experience when I bought my Honda Pilot from Marthaler Honda. Christian is amazing and incredible to deal with! I would recommend them 100%. Then I had an issue with a warranty on the windshield about 8 months later. Again Christian was there to help again! A huge thank you to Christian for taking the time and care to fix the molding on the windshield of my Honda Pilot. He went above and beyond, especially since Honda wouldn't cover the windshield under warranty. Because of that, if the windshield had cracked during the repair, the dealership would have been responsible for replacing it. Christian took on that risk with professionalism, skill, and confidence, and the repair turned out great. I truly appreciate his outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and willingness to help. It's not every day you come across someone so dedicated to doing the job right.
