We had a great experience today while purchasing a car at Mildenberger Motors in Hamilton Montana. Our salesman Mike was so helpful without being pushy. He was able to answer our many questions. Mike and Jon made the transaction simple and pleasant. We love our new( to us) car.
Tried scamming me out of 1k on our verbal agreement. - Michelangelo
Tried scamming me out of 1k on our verbal agreement. When caught the salesman was incredibly rude over the phone yelling "you're just confused" at me. Asked them to send me my original sales agreement and they "lost it because it wasn't important" even though they're required to keep it up to five years. That document was proof they tried stealing from me and they conveniently "lost it". Ended up refunding me the money back, essentially admitting to guilt. Truck ended up having a bunch of metal shavings in the fluid and they didn't repair other issues they said they would fix with the vehicle either. Highly unprofessional, this would have been my third vehicle purchased with them I can only imagine how they treat new clients. Will never purchase from them again.
