With all credit due to John Riese, he had to work a bit to earn our business. He understands there is a difference between a sales person and an order taker. Ultimately, we packaged a very good deal and purchased a great vehicle. I truly appreciate we we're straightforward with one another, especially via e-mail prior to coming up to look at and test drive the vehicle, and he continued to be fair at the point of sale. We'll most certainly consider Elkhorn Motors again when the time comes to purchase another vehicle.

Purchased a used 2021 Ford Ranger from this dealer about a month ago. Have had a couple of issues with the truck. First the passenger front windows stopped working and then a couple of weeks later the check engine light came on. Service department has been great! They replaced the window motor for free and repaired the EGR system under the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the truck. I live 30 miles from the dealership and both times they picked up and returned the truck to my home. Fantastic service!
