When purchasing a brand new car from Tyler we pointed out some curious spots on it. We were told that if they did not come off to call them and they would make it right. They did not come off and a local repair shop informed us they wouldn't. So Tyle'rs takes our car for a week and it looked ok, then after a wash we see the same spots with added swirl marks all over the hood. They refuse to fix it now and wont even answer the phone for us anymore...emails go unanswered. We have a brand new car with payments that needs expensive repair. Car should have been marked "as is" and reduced. Very dishonest place.
