They worked really well with me before even coming to the dealership since I lived far away and got a really nice bed liner put in for me prior to purchase. Worked out a great deal and got me in and out quickly.

This was my first visit here since another dealership near me had closed. I recently had my vehicle in for an ongoing A/C problem. It was a tedious task for the service department to get the problem resolved. They were able to get it working as new. I have no qualms about returning for any other services that the vehicle may need in the future. Service Exceeded Expectations - Zob

I needed a part ordered and a few minor paint touch ups for a 10 Mustang GT. Mertz Ford GM Mike Rich suggested I bring it in and have their paint tech look it over and see what can be done. Paint touch ups are difficult, but I was very pleased with the results. The process took less than an hour. I also ordered a new battery cover a few days before and I was able to pick it up the same day the paint was repaired. Great service and excellent results. Appreciate the help.

Our vehicle was in the service department for almost 4 weeks, we either couldn't reach the right person by phone or they were finding MORE things wrong with the van. Several times the service people were rude on the phone. When we got the van back FINALLY it was awefully dirty inside and STUNK! I wil NEVER NEVER return there!
