My wife and I had the best car buying experience we’ve ever had at Reed Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Nick Patterson was our sales consultant and he was amazing. He was straightforward, honest and took the time to listen to what we needed and wanted. He was patient as we asked questions and tweaked what we wanted. We were looking for a safe car with more space than we currently had so we could safely fit our son’s car seat. Nick showed us options and even let us put the car seat in for the test drive to see if it really gave us the space we wanted and needed. We didn’t fee any pressure to buy something we didn’t want or need and Nick truly helped us find the perfect car within our budget. We truly can’t thank Nick enough! And to top it off Nick had us finish the financial things off with Cody Dover who helped round everything off with even more great, friendly customer service!

The big let down - Tdalt

I couldn’t give this dealership a worse recommendation if I could. I purchased a 2004 Chevy Silverado duramax with this company on 02/26/2019 they were supposed to have the vehicle delivered due to my busy work schedule as most working adults have. Instead I was givin the runaround as too why they could no longer keep there end of our agreement. They ask if I can wait a few days after they have been paid close too 20,000 for said vehicle. So I take off work early an drive over two hours to pick this vehicle up. I show up to get the vehicle it has less that a quarter tank of fuel as well as it hasn’t been detailed or washed. After owning the vehicle a little over a week only driving a little under 400 miles ( over 50 of which being due to the fact I had to pick the vehicle up) the cv axle snaps on 03/07/19. I call the dealership to see what can be done. I just now on 03/12/19 finally get ahold of the dealership after Continuously calling sent to voicemail or being hung up on. I am told there is nothing that they can do. I as well have still not received the title for this said vehicle. This has now all together cost me over 20,000 dollars. This has been the worst experience buying anything I have ever bought period. Can’t stress enough not to trust this company

I wanted to give a shout out to Melinda Dorste in the parts department. She went above and beyond what she had to do to locate an old obsolete part that apparently they did have in stock. She even took the time to look and call me back other dealers I’ve called. They said they’d look, but they’ve never called back and let me know one way the other. My first experience with her has been exceptional.
