My family has bought 6 cars from this dealership. Five of the vehicles we have delta with Dewayne. He is the man to go to. He helped every step of the way and never pushed us to get something we didn't want.My last purchase was with John Satterfield. Now I felt like I was cheating on Dewayne but this guy was great too. He allowed me to take my time and didn't push me to make a sale. You have great employees working for you

The service department really needs some looking into. We had a battery replaced under warranty about a year or so ago. Now the battery is worthless again. I go into service and they tried to tell me nothing was wrong with the battery( which had already been tested by our mechanic and said it was bad to take it back to Nissan) then turned around to tell me they would put a battery but they wouldn’t warranty a battery that had already been replaced. So this tells me they have crappy parts and won’t stand behind them. That’s ok this battery has cost them another sale as I won’t be buying from them again. Plus I will be sure to let everyone I know how they do business.
