This was my second purchase from Spradley Kia , The first time was above board , just moved from northern CO, to the LaVeta Area southern CO, a lot more personally than where I was from. This last purchase was once again , excellent care, we decide to upgrade to a new Sorento with more option. John and his entire staff made it all possible in one day. Please beware of Phil Long dealership in Colorado Springs. They don't care about customers. We got a Kia Soul in Sept 2023. The Kia Soul is easy to steal, especially the older models, but even the new ones are targeted. Our car got broken into, so we took it to Phil Long Kia dealership. Dealing with them was worse than dealing with the thief. We had to call them 10 times a day just to get updates. It took them approx 20 days to give us back our car. They refused a loaner car whereas dealers always offer loaner car .and when we got it back, they had messed up the suspension, but they refused to admit their fault. They also didn't honor the bumber-to-bumper warranty for which we paid $3000 extra on their promise that it covers 100% of the parts. They charged us $2500 for repairs and another $300 for the suspension they broke. Every time something goes wrong, they would blame us and say it's not covered by the warranty. We've never had such a bad experience with Toyota or Honda dealerships in the past 30 years. Getting a Kia was a big mistake. I wouldn't recommend Kia to anyone because customer service is more important than the product itself.

Received a coupon in email for new wiper blades, decided to get them plus oil change. Everything went well and was in and out in about an hour. Waiting area was clean, they have free coffee and pastries while you wait.
