My husband and I purchased a 2024 GMC Sierra truck in July of 2024. We’ve had nothing but problems with the truck. From recalled parts, to it breaking down while towing when camping. It’s spent 1/2 it’s time we’ve owned it in the shop. The “award winning” shop is lack luster. They don’t care about how long they keep your vehicle, how much of an inconvenience it is. It’s always out of their control. Well what IS in their control is how they handle the inconvenience to their customers. Customers whom spent $90k on a brand new product of theirs expecting it to be reliable. Instead of acting like it’s no big deal, maybe they should act like they care. Maybe communicate what’s going on instead of just having you dropping off the truck early in the morning, and not looking at it till the end of the day only for NOTHING to be done. Their excuses “we have 100 cars come every day”. Well um maybe you shouldn’t have people make appointments for 100 cars. If you don’t have. The time to look at my truck don’t schedule the appointment for you to look at my truck. Our truck has been in their shop four times since we’ve owned it. Anywhere from two days to two months! And not once have we ever felt like they truly tried to understand.
