I recently visited Richland to test drive a few of their vehicles, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly. My salesperson, David was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of my questions thoroughly without any high-pressure sales tactics. I really appreciated their approach, which made me feel comfortable and respected. The process of getting set up for the test drive was smooth and efficient. The cars I drove were clean, well-maintained, and a pleasure to drive. It was clear they take great care of their inventory.
