We brought my sense to DCH of Thousand Oaks to have a recall item repaired. While there my son’s car was damaged after trying to get some satisfaction from the service manager, the sales manager and the general manager, it was determined through their pre-inspection report that there was no damage to our car where we brought it there.. DCH that Ford a Thousand Oaks has completely refused to take any responsibility for the damage.

In Octor My F-150 was brought in for the VCT, it took them a week, when I picked up truck i start driving and all the lights and check engine lights went out. Turned out there was now an issue with the BCM. They replaced it but the one they put in was not good, they said they needed ot order a new one. I was told it was covered under warranty but would take a little while to get part due to shortage. Its been over 5 months I get the run around from the service department who is now saying its not covered under warranty. No communication, David from service says he will call but never does.
