On April 5th, I was looking at prices for the Ford - Dissappointed

On April 5th, I was looking at prices for the Ford Mustang Mach-E GT Performance Edition online and saw that there were two of these available at Future Ford of Clovis. I went to the Future Ford of Clovis website and saw that Future Ford of Clovis was advertising a Future Ford discount of $15,600 and $16,600 on these two vehicles. The prices advertised were $41,635 and $41,430. I went to the dealership and saw both vehicles on the lot and I asked to verify the price. The sales person had me talk to the finance manager, who told me that he could not honor those advertised prices. He referred me to the MSRP prices of $60,235 and $61,030. This was not the advertised price and to add insult to injury, two hours later they increased the prices to $73,630 and $72,835. This is fraudulent and there is California Code protecting consumers from these sales tactics. Reports have been filed with the FTC and the BBB. Be extremely careful, if you choose to do business with this dealership.

Promises promises! - Unhappy customer

Promises promises! We bought a very expensive used truck from Monarch Ford when we got it home we realized it didn’t have a spare so we called immediately and they told us they would get us one. That was 3 months ago and still nothing we woke up this morning to snow and a flat tire with no spare. We keep getting the run around 1 person says they have it then they pass it on to another person who says they will order one. Lies! Check your used cars for spares before you leave the lot ! This should have been noticed when it went thru their inspection process. Very upset with the lies UPDATE: after waiting close to 3 months for a spare and speaking to numerous people all asking what size it was even taking pictures to get the right size we were able to pick the spare…it’s the wrong size!!! Totally unacceptable and inept we finally give up. I am sure they know we won’t be a return customer so they don’t care. What they aren’t counting on is word of mouth. I will let everyone I know not to go there and why.

From the moment our family stepped onto the property Pedro went above and beyond to literally find our perfect vehicle. We came with an idea and Pedro made the deal happen. Just when you think your done, Pablo saves you major on insurance! Wow, from start to finish, my family drove off feeling very appreciated and that is what customer service should be. The entire staff, can't forget Rey! This wonderful young man helped with tech issues we had with new truck. I will recommend Fahrney Ford to everyone!
