On Friday the 2nd I had went to a dealership Fresno autoplex thinking that they were going to help but they were horrible there I walked out tearing up bcuz I really wanted a car, well that same night I kept looking and looking into other dealerships and I bump into this one and the next day I went here and BOOM! Me and my boyfriend met Miguel Ramos and literally made us the happiest people on earth! Walked out of that dealership with tears but this time HAPPY TEARS!

I’m pretty disappointed with the experience I had with the service department at Kellar Motors. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:30 AM expecting it to be looked at within a reasonable timeframe. After waiting 5–6 hours, my car still had not even been serviced. When I asked about the delay, I was told that I needed an appointment, even for a simple oil change. This was frustrating because that requirement isn’t posted anywhere in the service department or on their website, so there was no way to know that ahead of time. What made the situation worse was that I didn’t receive any updates during the entire time I was waiting. If appointments are required, especially for basic services like an oil change, that should be clearly communicated to customers up front so they can plan accordingly. I hope management looks into this and improves the communication process for customers. I’d be happy to update this review if the situation is addressed.

Sanger chevrolet Gmc changed that feeling immediately! Left them extremely happy and with a vehicle! I also loved keeping my buisness im my community as well

Salesman Jeff was amazing! Super easy to work with, not pushy at all and took the time to understand what I’m looking for. Super easy going person. Definitely recommend his as your go to salesperson. He answered all my questions, took the time to explain all my questions to me, took notes of all my concerns on the vehicle I was looking at and most importantly, he made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I felt like a part of the dealership family after I left. Key thing about Jeff as a salesman, definitely not a pushy and rude person at all unlike 99% of the other salesman I have encountered during the search of my new vehicle, will be coming back here for a new vehicle when the wife and I am ready for another.
