Great communication and fast responses that got me to trade in my vehicle with no issues along with buying a new car. Worked with Dan, who was incredibly personable and listened to everything I was looking for in a new car. Got me thru the process with ease in addition to working to get discounts for my purchase, which saved me $3k!

Got a great car here (an EV) and they were willing to negotiate to get my business. Most of the salespeople are knowledgeable. The dealership is not very transparent about their inventory and prices, which many other dealers have on their website. But I don’t know why because they actually don’t charge any of the junk fees and surcharges that a lot of other dealers will tack on. They’re pretty fair overall. And Hyundais are great cars.

They don't call you when your car is ready. They waisted my time and the car was with them for a week and no loaners. This place is a joke they should be looking internally on how they treat there customers. They DON'T.
Went for test drive today and the first person was... - Ready for a new car
Went for test drive today and the first person was knowledgeable and helpful, until he was pulled to another customer. The 2nd person was kind, but did not as much about the cars. After test driving, he was less than helpful when it came time to talk pricing. He have me vague information, not details on the "quote" and when I asked for additional information, he provided me a quote 27K more than listed through the credit union. Yes, you read that right! Over $27K!!! Rude and not helpful AT ALL.

Looks like a war zone on that block now.I had to get my car serviced. They did not pick up the phone. So I drove down to Hyundai of Oakland. When did they close shop? Why did management never tell the car buyers who bought a service agrement because the location was convenient? Appalling!
