Went in to look at a truck about an hour before closing. Marcus was so helpful even though he was already helping 3 other groups as he was the only salesperson left for the day. While we started the process, due to it being late in the day, we weren’t able to finish. They helped me finish everything over the phone/online the very next day and even delivered the truck to me after I got home from work. I had questions on the paperwork, and the manager called me the following day to clarify it and answer all my remaining questions. Very helpful, and very professional. I have been to many dealerships and have never been treated this well. I will only ever shop at Woodland Motors.

Bought a new Silverado and its was delivered with a check engine light on. They were no help in resolving the issue and are not returning calls. I needed to contact Chevy/GM to get attention, but issue is still unresolved. I cannot drive my new vehicle

Parts department is rude and seem to just give you the wrong parts. I came here because it's close to home but the inconvenience is not worth it. The customer service is by far the worst these guys are unprofessional and don't give a crap about having customers come back.
