No pressure sales and all people honest and straightforward. Enjoyed the engagement with all. The salesman Joel was pleasant and knowledgeable about the truck I bought and answered all my questions before and during the test drive. However the paperwork process to complete the sale of my truck was somewhat long. Maybe they were very busy with other customers' paperwork but it shouldn't take more than a couple of hours including waiting for the truck to be washed/detailed. Overall, I love my new truck and I'm glad I bought this truck at Folsom GMC because of their professionalism and the pleasant atmosphere. Will recommend to others.
