I purchased a car from them two years ago, and was very happy with the sales staff. I was purchasing another new car for them and had the worst experience ever. Beware. Get everything in writing. Do not believe anything somebody tells you on the phone. They never listened to what I wanted. I think the worst part was that when I went to get the car, it wasn’t the same vehicle that I had originally inquired about and that we were making this deal on. There was many other switch and bait type issues. Just beware

Bought car March paid for with trade and cash out. Over 7 months later not title or registration. Thats not the bad part. They have told me I'll have it in 1-2 months once. 1-2 weeks 8 times, and 1-3 days 12 TIMES. Asked for my money back and they can have the car after 4 months. Been dragged thru the ringer. Go to Chico Subaru. These guys are THE WORST AND DON'T CARE!!!! A KAISER
