Audi Bellingham was outstanding with my brand-new Audi Q5. Wendy and Brittany in the service department were exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Everyone at the dealership treated me with kindness and respect.
This was a complete contrast to my experience at Audi Bellevue, where I purchased the vehicle just two weeks earlier. I was sold a brand-new car with serious issues: exposed white wiring near the driver’s left foot, outdated software, and nearly 20 error messages on the dashboard. Yesterday, while driving, (not in an accessory mode on) a green engine warning light came on and stayed for 5 minutes, which was extremely scary and unacceptable in a new luxury vehicle.
Audi Bellingham addressed problems that Audi Bellevue never should have allowed to leave the lot. If you’re considering an Audi, avoid Bellevue and go straight to Bellingham. I highly recommend Audi Bellingham.
