I had a great experience buying my new Xterra. As you probably know, buying a new car can be a stressful experience. All of the staff were very friendly, there were no hard core, high pressure sales tactics.I got a fair price on my trade in, and I think I got a good price on my new car. The Hall Western Branch team was very professional and always friendly.Mike and his manager were great!In fact the manager called me later to see how I liked my new xterra. I also called about a very minor problem and the customer service people adtressed it imediately. Definitely the best experience I have had buying a new car.

My Review of Hall Ford Lincoln Newport News :
Both John Barron and Jimmie House went out of their way to find me the Explorer that I wanted with everything on/in it that I was looking for. It took them less than a week, I was very impressed. This was my 9th vehicle that my family has purchased from Jimmie over the years. I will always continue to go back to Hall Ford for any vehicle that I'm looking for, it's the best deal you can ever get on a vehicle. Employees are very friendly and will take the time to acknowledge you as soon as you walk thru the door, unlike some other dealerships.

My Review of Hall Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram :
I have been in the south for about 7yrs now & I still can't figure out why these dealerships play with the numbers at the end of the deal. The last three days were a waste of my time, my wife and daughters time & my in-laws time! The sad part is, my in-laws have purchased 3 vehicles from them in the past. When customer says they need to be at a certain number for a payment due to there budget.... More than likely they excpect GAP insurance to be included in the payment that you show to them. Nobody doesnt buy NEW cars without gap insurance. If the local dealer cannot bundle in the price due to local state laws, when customer first tells you the payment they need to be at, it would be common sense to ask the customer if they are including GAP in that payment, so that they can include it in the proposal that the customer authorized. Soo... they take us out of our car on Sunday and put us in the truck. They transfer the tags as well and the stuff from the car to the truck. I leave Sunday with the payment of $415.00 quoted by he Sales Manager Todd. Was already more than what I wanted to pay. I told them between $380-$400, so I gave in to $415. They tell us to come back tomorrow to finalize the paper work because that day the banks are closed, no problem. So we come back the following afternoon. So about 5min after we get there, I am told by my sales person GLEN,(which is a GREAT SALESPERSON!)that they shortened the loan by 3 months and the payment went up $5.00 more a month. Now I am irritated but I gave in again! So now they got the truck getting detailed and fueled up for delivery, mind you my tags are already on it. They already burned 'x' amount of man hours on this deal! So about 45min later the finance manager comes to me and introduces himself (another great guy by the way) and shows me this sheet with additional options with 4 more different payments. I called it the 'Bullshit' sheet. them tryin to upsale you on paint protection and all this other garbage and ext warranty crap. Its a NEW truck. The FACTORY warranty works just fine. And the paint has a factory clear coat. So while looking at these upgraded packages, he kept saying they all include GAP insurance, so I am like, Is GAP ins. included in the payment that was quoted to me. He says with GAP ins. the payment will be $427.00. So it went from $380-$400, $415, $420 and the final number $427. So I say I want the truck with GAP ins for $415.00 a month or I want my car back. So they decided to lose the customer and they gave me my car back over $12 a month. In my eyes and many others, thats BAD bussiness!

My Review of Hall Nissan Virginia Beach:
Went to this dealer yesterday with every intention on leaving in a new 370Z. Got into the showroom sat in a couple of cars and waited for a salesperson to approach me. I figure if i'm getting ready to drop almost $40K on a car, they can come to me.

Several sales people walked past me, a couple even looked right in my eye! No "Hello" or "Somebody will be right with you", nothing!! Waited 20 min, even looked at the brochures and accessories. Would you believe i even a couple of them laughing and joking at their desks???

I walked outta there pissed off. If somebody would have acknowledged that i was there, if would have been a different story.

I will NEVER ever go back there nor will i recommend them to anyone!!!

I was stationed overseas and knew when I returned I was going to need a car as soon as I got back to the states. I did my research online before I left my previous command and made an appointment to come in on a specific day. On that day I arrived and they had my name on the VIP appointment board. I informed Wesley Burt what vehicle I ws interested in and we went straight to work to get me in it. I was out of there with my new vehicle with in 3 hours. Fastest car buying experience ever for me. I loved every second of it. Thanks Wesley! You are the man!

My Review of Hall Hyundai Western Branch:
I am really disappointed in the service I recieved. My husband and I went there because it is two minutes from our in-laws home and we wanted to have the car we purchased serviced near-by. The guy that assisted us, Mike Brackin, was completely useless, rude, and arrogant. I should have known our first problem was when he said there were NO 2013s, when we were standing right next to one, and kept insisting I was WRONG that the new Elantras had no power front seats. Low-and behold that is RIGHT on the sticker on the car, and when we opened the door to show him, he didn't even have the decency to apologize to us. He cut me off so many times when I was speaking, started treating me rudely, and when we went to see if they could get us the car we wanted, he jacked up the MSRP by 1300 dollars, kept rudely dismissing my desire to finance through my bank and kept talking to us as if we were ignorant. If I am going to spend over 22,000 on a new car you could at least be HUMBLE. All he cared about was bragging about how many cars they sold, and that my bank was useless. He then tried to sell me the car on the lot which was NOT what I wanted, only because I told him that price was more acceptable than the jacked up one he was quoting me. The worst service ever! Lastly he tried to tell us that the new price for the 2013s via USAA were not up, and my husband pulled them up right on his phone. This guy was so miserable and such a dishonest, uncaring, greedy, self-centered person, we just left. The only time he was decent to us was when he found out our careers and our age. I would NOT recommend this dealership, or at least this guy!

HORRIBLE service. When the lady called me back and I told her how upset we were on how we were treated, I guess she relayed it back, and the man had the AUDACITY to send me a condescending email, telling me that clearly it was my fault and that I was being insensitive and had a problem understanding. Lastly he had the audacity to offer me a cheap 20 gas card when a simple, honest, humble apology would have brought me back to buy the car!

My Review of Hall Chevrolet Western Branch:
Hank is a great salesman. When I arrived I was driving a car that was pretty upside down with owing more than it was worth. I was not happy with the car at all and wanted a new one. Hank was able to find me a vehicle with ridiculous rebates and those rebates ate up my negative. I think Hank Should be given a medal because he did what other dealerships could not do. I am so happy that Hank was able to help me out and now I'm driving a 2012 Malibu 1LT. It is the best vehicle I have ever owned.

Thank you Hank and the Dealership. I already gave out all your cards at work and will be coming back for more.

The experience that I had at this dealership has been the best yet. Lauren my sales associate was willing to work with me and make sure that i go excatly what i wanted and made sure that the price was perfect as well. I would definitely recommend Hall Ford to anyone. They give you a great price on the vehicle you want to purchase and they also give you a great trade in value on your current car. BETTER THEN CARMAX!!!!!
And whats best is you have to do nothing but show up and sign a couple of papers. They do all the work for you. The best car buying experience i have ever had and would definitely go back for my next vehicle.
