Our overall experience with the dealership would have been a resounding 5 star if it wasnt for a little back and forth tension when finance found we did not want any financing. Not a deal breaker though....

I just completed the most difficult and complicated car purchase of my life. I want to acknowledge all of the people who obviously went over and beyond to help this elderly woman through it. Not to give away too many details, but this deal included several odd things. Salesmen Tyson and Anos were patient and provided support of "my" decision; not trying to sway me one way or another. Sales Manager Johnne was compassionate and thoughtful and gave me hope that things could be worked out. The finance team Tammy Chan and Ondra Calvert were professional and also went out of their way to help me understand the complexity of a vehicle contract.
THE reason i come back over and over to David McDavid Honda is because of the outstanding service department - Buddy Mays, Matt Kail, Mike Myers and James Thomas. I owe them a debt of gratitude for all they have done over the years and kept my vehicle in prefect condition. I trust Mike Myers and the David McDavid Service Department.

I found a great price on a used Honda CRV on their website. I contacted them via email to express my interest. The online consultant answered my questions pretty quickly. An hour and a half later I was at the dealership for a test drive. My sales consultant Justin Harmon was very friendly and helpful. The test drive was great. The price is the price so no stressful haggling. We bought the car and were on our way fairly quickly. I think we arrived around 10:30 am, and were on our way home by 12:30pm. (paid cash, I'm sure financing would take longer) I will definitely buy from them again when the next child is old enough to need a car.

I visited this Honda dealer with my family to look at purchasing a new vehicle. When I requested to see inside one of their vehicles parked out front the salesman insisted I fill out some paperwork first. I politely asked to just see the vehicle but the salesman insisted I must fill out the paperwork first. All I wanted to do was look inside, no test drive.
The manager "apologized" that he couldn't save us any time by forcing us to fill out his paperwork. Why make snide remarks to potential customers? I drove down the street to Hyundai and they were happy to let me look at their cars without filling out marketing info beforehand.

They have all the "ratings" from several car buying services. Truecar, USAA, Costco, and the like. I dealt with Chris Wilhaus. What a joke. They'll only sell you car with $3000+ of dealer option accessories. Buyer beware! They're SCAMMERS!

I recently took my 2013 Honda Accord in for an air bag problem, as well as service and a front end check. I was met before I got out of my car, with a knowledgeable advisor. I explained my problems, and was told about how long it would take for my repairs. My car was finished ahead of schedule, and my list of problems was fixed without any hitch. I would recommend Freeman Honda to anyone looking for service or repair. Work was performed on schedule, and the cost was within the estimate. Will go to Freeman again.
