I recently bought a used car from Vandergriff Honda. I live in Austin and was looking for a specific car with the lowest miles at the best price. They came through. I put in a request online and was contacted by GT in sales. He is energetic and very straight forward, no BS, which was refreshing to work with someone like this. This allowed for us to transact over the phone and internet. This made for quick buying experience. I showed up, met with Finance, GT had already taken down all of my info and requests and made finance a breeze, no BS time or hassling. I was in and out in 45 minutes, it took a little longer cause the car was being detailed. I will continue to do business with them in the future, highly recommended, ask for GT! I also connected through AutoTrader, lover AutoTrader!

I wrote a Review August 2016 and you still have not fixed your issues. Your sales process is amazing, but your parts and service department sucks!!! I paid for prepaid maintenance March 2013 and you have yet to get this fixed in your database on all levels! New Ownership took over in June 2017 and is blaming and pointing fingers at old ownership. You bought this place which means you assume all problems, issues, and need to fix them. You need to be a leader and have honesty and integrity. Your website says: "Burleson Honda in Burleson, TX treats the needs of each individual customer with paramount concern. We know that you have high expectations, and as a car dealer we enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding those standards each and every time. Allow us to demonstrate our commitment to excellence!" You need to get your words and actions aligned. You need to get access to all my records and get your database fixed. A customer should NOT have to keep a paper trail to prove what they bought from you!!! I will be contacting Corporate office again and using EVERY form of Social Media to get this fixed once and for all. You have more then pissed me off!

I just bought my third Honda Accord from this dealership and my second one under the supervision of Billy Pieratt. That in itself speaks volumes! However, Billy, in addition to being professional and courteous, took all of my (probably silly) questions and always treated me with dignity. Even after I had bought the car, I would show up to ask something, thinking he was probably sick of seeing me, but he never showed it --was always so nice.

I can't really tell you about my experience with the servicing of my vehicle because I couldn't even get an appointment. I called in because my car had a recall. After I told them my issue they put me on hold without letting me know. 15 minutes later someone picked up the phone and I'm disconnected. I call back and and the phone is answered promptly and when I tell them I had an airbag recall, they ask me if I can be put on a brief hold. 21 minutes later, I hang up the phone. I have worked in a call center environment and this is the worst customer service I've experienced over the phone with any company. If this is a reflection of their actual service, I'd rather they not work on my vehicle. An neither people that answered the phone left their names.

7/15/17 purchases 2013 Kia Rio LX certified used. After filing up with gas 7 days later engine light came on. Called Lester, he told us to drive it a few days will go off. It didn't, told to buy gas cap. 2 days after gas cap purchase engine light still on. Took car back and had to ask for rental. 2 days later after hearing nothing Lester said they couldn't fix we would have to take to Kia. Picked up car to take to KIA. Next day called 7 times to ask for rental, kept being placed on hold (later find out Lester was not there) and never called back. Mike Bright called back after receptionist was cursed out. Asked for money back. Mike said he started 3 days ago to "fix" the place. Found out the car had been in dealership day before we purchased and it was never looked at even though they claimed it was certified. He took car back again we received a rental without asking. Mike was great. Returned to pick up car and noted several places the car had been damaged while in their care. Took car home 2 days later the battery died. 10.6 voltage would not charge. If there was an option under a 1 I would choose it. 1 star is too high.
