My sales consultant, Harjit A. was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He listened to my needs and selected the trim level that met my needs. He did not attempt to sell me a car with more than I needed or wanted. His sales style was very refreshing. I enjoyed the experience and will be back!

In late February, I stopped by this dealer just to see what they might have in a used Honda Odyssey. I was greeted by Jesse Thompson, a cheerful, outgoing sales representative but, which is somewhat unusual in a salesman, low key and not at all "pushy". As luck would have it, they did have a used model, top-of-the-line Touring Edition, but one which was somewhat above my planning to purchase. However, in the course of our discussion, Mr. Thompson and John, the finance manager, lowered the price significantly to make it easily affordable within my fixed income budget. Unfortunately, I wavered, due to having driven my other Honda CRV from my home in Wyoming, and was trying to work out in my mind how to get both vehicles back home. By the time I had made a decision, a day later, the vehicle had already been sold.
Although disappointed, I was so impressed with Jesse that I asked him to keep me informed if any more similar vehicles were to appear, and I could fly to Dallas and drive one home. He agreed to do so, and I checked with him periodically with the understanding that I would again be in the area later in the Spring. In the meantime, last week I "accidentally" found in a nearby town, a Toyota Sienna AWD van that suited my needs, and purchased it. I then sent a text message to Mr. Thompson, letting him know to no longer search for a vehicle, for the time being. He did not receive that text; today he called to let me know that they had the prospect of a couple of used Odysseys coming in about the time I had indicated my returning in early June. He very graciously accepted the fact that I had already made a purchase, and I indicated I would "drop by" when I'm there soon (June 12-13)
I was so impressed with his attitude, his following up on our conversations, and how well he "personalizes" his sales relationship, that when I'm in the market for another vehicle, he will be my first point of contact. Actually, while I'm in Frisco in mid-June, I'll be looking at some apartments for retirees, with the possibility of moving to the area. I will want to know if trading my 2015 CRV-XL. with lots of highway miles, makes any sense prior to the drive train warranty expiring. I already have 46,000!

Poor Customer Service - Chivalrysae
I can't really tell you about my experience with the servicing of my vehicle because I couldn't even get an appointment. I called in because my car had a recall. After I told them my issue they put me on hold without letting me know. 15 minutes later someone picked up the phone and I'm disconnected. I call back and and the phone is answered promptly and when I tell them I had an airbag recall, they ask me if I can be put on a brief hold. 21 minutes later, I hang up the phone. I have worked in a call center environment and this is the worst customer service I've experienced over the phone with any company. If this is a reflection of their actual service, I'd rather they not work on my vehicle. An neither people that answered the phone left their names.

They have all the "ratings" from several car buying services. Truecar, USAA, Costco, and the like. I dealt with Chris Wilhaus. What a joke. They'll only sell you car with $3000+ of dealer option accessories. Buyer beware! They're SCAMMERS!
The customer service is horrendous! - Caynon
This by far is the worst Honda dealership and Honda service shop that I stepped into. The customer service is horrendous, the sales reps and the service mangers are so frustrating. I parked my car into the garage and no one has come to me l, i saw two service managers just talking and I had to go to them to get their attention. Service drive manger Christine Phan helped me but as soon as I informed her about my warranty I had with the car, she started to give me a ugly face and treated me even worse.I went in there because my check engine light came on. I waited for 4 hours and no one even called me or anything. To me, the shop was not as busy because i got there around 9:30 am. I waited and I couldn't wait any longer because of work. So I asked her co worker, Joe Sims, to get Christine so i can leave and he just stared and sighed and called for her. Its really frustrating how ignorant these managers can be. Finally Spoke with Christine and asked for my car. She brought my car back and she didn't even tell me and just walked away without even a small apology for the long wait. She is by far the worst service advisor I ever experienced. I bought 3 cars from this same dealership and a very loyal customer to here. Im ashamed of how crappy this service is to be honest. Please avoid the service here, Especially Christine Phan-Shultz and Joe Sims.
