We bought a car in 2011 and had difficulty with breach of promise from the sales person. Just bought another car and disliked communication by same salesman and his friendly but disarming manager. Made an online appointment to test drive a new X5 hybrid and were scheduled to meet with Aatir. We stood around for several minutes waiting for him to greet us (several salespeople attempted to help us) and and were scheduled to meet with Aatir. We stood around for several minutes waiting for him to greet us (several salespeople attempted to help us) and he finally materialized and waved us off to his colleagues, never greeting us. We were then told that there was no car available to be driven despite the website listing two. A different salesperson allowed us to walk out and look at a car but that was it. They acknowledged that it was their fault and a glitch in the system but we waisted over two hours driving to the dealership and waiting around to be assisted. More

Although we haven’t purchased a car here, the interactions we’ve had with 2 sales specialists (Aatir and Tyler) on 2 separate occasions has been excellent. My husband and myself, vist the BMW on W Kemper Road.Went inside, stay there about 10 minutes, looking at the cars, no one acknowledge us, it was about six sales men there.
