We brought our GMC YUKON Denali in for the first oil change/tire rotation since we purchased it here. Service was very quick and great area to drive your car into. I needed help with some dashboard questions and Abby was to my rescue to help, show me and answer all my questions. The invoice amount was very reasonable too. Customer lounge is quite comfortable also. We live 100 miles from Greg Lair but it is worth the service you receive. More

Fast friendly service, minimum wait time on service. Wait area is clean quiet and the complementary refreshments are a plus. Everyone is friendly without you feeling any pressure for anything. Got a lot of assistance as well from Blake, the sales manager. He was very patient and kind and explained finance options to us. And Doug the General Manager and Greg the owner came by to say hello and make sure we were comfortable and our needs were being met. Then William in Finance was very informative and made sure we knew exactly what we were doing with add-ons and financing - no pressure, just help so that our needs were met. A buying experience unlike any other I have had! Thank you! More
