I reached out to Huntley Ford for a price quote, and they really went above and beyond. They put together a side-by-side comparison of what it would cost to own a Ford Bronco versus an Explorer over five yea really went above and beyond. During my test drive, I unfortunately curbed one of the wheels, but they were super understanding about it. They not only replaced the wheel right away but also set up another test drive so I could feel completely sure about my decision. Really impressed with how they handled everything! More

I have reached out to Huntley Ford numerous times—no less than 10 conversations—with their sales/call center regarding the purchase of a 2024 BMW. I live approximately seven hours from the dealership, yet their only response seems to be, “What time can you stop by and see the vehicle?” When I ask for the total price including all dealer fees, I receive the same scripted response every time: “It’s the cost of the vehicle including all standard and applicable fees.” I’ve repeatedly asked for a breakdown of those fees or even a simple emailed quote with the total cost so we can agree on a price before I make the long trip—but it’s like speaking a foreign language. My last interaction was with Kelly, who could not deviate from the script regardless of what I asked—even for a simple yes or no answer. It’s astonishing that a major dealership can operate with such a complete lack of customer service. Ford should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this store. I strongly recommend that anyone considering doing business with Huntley Ford stay far away. More

Please don't award shady dealers with your business, steer clear of Huntley Ford. They refuse to provide an OTD number upfront, and won't disclose their fees - which even their good reviews indicate ar steer clear of Huntley Ford. Tried 3 times to work with them over the phone, they are the one and only dealer I've spoken with who refuse to work a deal remotely - That won't work for someone like me who would have to travel in. Policies like that can mean only one thing... run. More
