

I began my career in the Automobile Industry as a Parts Runner, then moved on to Shipping and Receiving, Front Counter Sales, before moving into the Sales Department. Starting from the ground up has given me the capacity to provide a better car-buying experience for my guests. Treating guests as if I were taking care of my own family members will always be my go to attitude. I am happy and blessed to serve on this team.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Genesis of Ontario while exploring the purchase of a used Lexus LS430, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism, honesty, and customer car Ontario while exploring the purchase of a used Lexus LS430, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism, honesty, and customer care I experienced—despite ultimately deciding not to move forward with the purchase. From my very first phone conversation with Abel Vargas, it was clear that he values openness and transparency. Abel was patient, honest, and accommodating in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. He went above and beyond to make it possible for me to view the vehicle in person and made the process feel easy and stress-free. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was warmly welcomed and treated with genuine respect. General Manager Willy Chia was equally impressive—straightforward, no-pressure, and focused on making sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Both Abel and Willy were upfront about the car’s condition, openly discussing any issues they were aware of and showing a real willingness to work with me on price. Abel also arranged for the vehicle to be placed on a lift for inspection, a gesture that spoke volumes about the dealership’s commitment to transparency. During this process, I also want to recognize the service department mechanic, who was just as open and honest. He clearly explained what the initial inspection found, breaking down the issues in a way that was easy to understand and showing genuine care in making sure I had all the facts before making a decision. Even though I chose not to purchase the vehicle, I left the dealership with a very positive impression.
