I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my new 2026 Genesis GV70 from Genesis of Merrillville and I can honestly say it was one of the most positive and stress-free car buying experiences I've ever had Genesis GV70 from Genesis of Merrillville and I can honestly say it was one of the most positive and stress-free car buying experiences I've ever had. From the first point of contact to the time I drove off the lot, I felt genuinely welcomed and valued, not just as a customer, but as an individual. Conrad and Adam were simply outstanding throughout the process. It was smooth and straightforward with no pressure to add on anything that didn't make sense for me and my specific situation which is not what you always see at deslerships. Once the paperwork was signed and the car was cleaned up (heavy rains the night before) Conrad took the time to walk me through all the car's features, demonstrating how everything worked which was a huge plus as I switched from an EV back to gas so I had to refamilarize myself with more buttons, lol I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used car. Their professionalism, honesty, and genuine dedication to customer service are truly commendable.
