My loan docs were incorrect and instead of fixing them, they said they'd mail me a check for the difference. Several things were promised and not delivered. When I took the vehicle back for paint touch up, they said they'd mail me a check for the difference. Several things were promised and not delivered. When I took the vehicle back for paint touch up, the other things that were supposed to be done were not done. I still haven't received the check for the difference on my loan. More

Everything was great until we hit the finance manager. We arrived at dealer at 6:00 pm. We had one used car we wanted. It was a cash deal. We didn’t get out until 10:30 pm with no car. The finance manager took forever and ultimately never told us we couldn’t drive away with car. ACH, wire transfer, nothing was acceptable since the bank wasn’t open. Next day, wire transfer completed by 1:00 pm. Still the finance manager said no car and would need another day. This was terribly upsetting! He misled us and we believe it was all his fault we couldn’t get the car sooner. Be aware! More

Typical dealership shenanigans. If customer service been willing to help me and not waste my time it would have been better. I would have been comfortable paying $23000 for the car. Lack of transparency and confusion led me to take it for an even cheaper deal. Hopefully dealerships can get better at this but unfortunately most dealerships are like this. Tatiana is alright though. More
