Test drive process was unorganized. I made an advance appointment to test drive and the vehicle was not ready to go nor was there a salesperson ready to greet me. My appointment was for 9:30, the salesman had called in and was not there. The car, paperwork, etc. was not ready so I had to wait 90 minutes to get everything done and still had no time to go over the vehicle. Blue link took four days for me to figure out. More

We didn’t not feel pressured into anything. He checked his bias at the door, which was greatly appreciated by my wife and I. We aren’t from around here so we were nervous, but our nerves were almost immediately cast away. 10/10 experience from the team at Elyria Hyundai. I wish more dealerships and salesmen were like Mr. M. Jackson. More
