They spoke to me rudely and disrespectfully. They didn't offer solutions to many of my car's problems. With their nonchalant attitude, they haven't even fixed my car for a few weeks. When I contacted them, they repeatedly hung up the phone in my face. Even the supervisor is acting nonchalant. It turns a blind eye to the disrespectful behavior of its own staff. I will report them to the government agency as soon as possible. And I'm going to send a complaint to the BBB. I don't recommend anyone to buy lincoln cars after their lincoln service experience.
