Kaya, The warranty repair you requested would be a violation of standards from Ford. If the issue is caused by front bumper damage due to an accident, no matter how many times you ask our staff to submit a fradulent claim, the answwer will remain the same. If you are going verbally abuse our staff becuse they will not file a fraudulent claim, and continue yelling at them, At some point they had to end the call. We suggested making an insurance claim and it would be your best option.

You are acting completely against Ford standards. There was no accident, yet you refuse to perform the repair. Your behavior has been both rude and disrespectful from the beginning. Even more shocking, you suggested that I “have an accident” so that the insurance would cover the repair. How can a Ford-certified service center make such an unethical and dangerous request to a customer? Advising a customer to intentionally damage their vehicle so the insurance will pay for the Adaptive Cruise Control repair is not only unacceptable — it is a blatant violation of professional and ethical standards, and it clearly shows how little you comply with Ford’s values.
