I wanted to make sure they actually had the vehicle in stock I contacted them via their internet chat application after finding what I wanted online. I wanted to make sure they actually had the vehicle in stock before I drove out. When I arrived I was promptly greeted by John Grenier who wasted no time in arranging the test drive. The vehicle pricing was consistent and there were no typical numbers game. It helps at any dealership if you have realistic numbers to work from before you go in. They priced my trade in at a number that prior research suggested was appropriate. I purchased the car I wanted at a competitive price with agreeable terms. The deal and the paperwork were done in a reasonable amount of time. I did have to wait for the car to be fully prepped for a while. I was in at 11:30 and driving off the lot in a new vehicle at 3:30. All in all a great experience for a process that is a bit of a pain. More

Alan is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He asked all the right questions to get the car we wanted. He answered all the questions we had about the car and the buying process. Thanks to him, the entire process went smoothly and quickly. Adam Hartis helped the paperwork signing a pleasure, which is quite a feat. I hope I didn't miss giving credit to others who may have helped us. We would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for wonderful customer service, a great car, and a great deal. More
