Updated 1-9-2026. The toyota is running better then ever and no fuel smell. Can not that Adam for all the help in this matter. Did doctors yesterday and errands just p The toyota is running better then ever and no fuel smell. Can not that Adam for all the help in this matter. Did doctors yesterday and errands just perfect. I will be bringing it down to have oil changes done and services. Fantastic customer service and service department Update 1-8-2026 . Adam and his team have been outstanding in getting the fuel system sorted out on my Toyota highlander. Adam has gone above and beyond fixing my car. I will be bring it to them for oil changes and services from now on. I am 1 hour away but that is how confident i am in their service department. I would buy another car from this Dealership that how outstanding they have taken care of me. Thanks again to Gus, Adam for all the help they have given me. They are delivering my car up to Casa Grande today also which is super. Can not wait to have my highlander back. Thank you again . Update 1-8-2026 Toyota went back to the dealership they gave me a rental. Adam has been fantastic he has said he found the problem. Just waiting on parts . Adam has been outstanding and so helpful in getting to the route of the problem with fuel system. I would recommend this dealer to anyone after the service i have received. Will update review once Toyota is back in my possession. Can not put in my garage tried but the hissing sound and smell are so bad. 5 hours outside with the engine facing the garage fumes in my garage also . Back into the drive way now and the breeze moving it away. Hopefully Monday the car will be towed back and fuel issue will have to be address again. Not leaking but since i filled it up the problem started again. My neighbor said he could smell it from his house next door. Hopefully Monday Gus will call .I can get a rental. Adam was great today a hint of fuel smell but by the time it got half way home we stopped at a restaurant . After we came out could smell fuel by the front door coming from the Highlander 5 spots away . We got it home did errands parked it outside and toxic fuel smell again and something hissing under the intake. Been 2 hrs and came out to drive it and horrific fuel smell back. Going to have to go back to toyota or gmc to have them look at it . Updated Gus and Adam have been outstanding about getting the car to toyota to fix the fuel issue. Outstanding customer service from their whole team. Came back they did a full inspection and no more leak. They fixed we owe on the passenger glass and used deodorizer on the inside to get rid of the fuel smell along with engine wash. Again they have outstanding addressing the concerns we had about this vehicle. Thank you all so much for the fast response. We feel better about this suv now . Great people Chris in finance and RIley in used sales both excellent. Can not wait to take delivery on Saturday. Great People but the car is a turd. Tire pressure warning lights came on 30 miles into our trip home. Parked the car in the garage almost burnt my house down from the fuel orders. Had to move it out of my garage. I said i was returning the car wanted my money back they said they do not that. I would need to set up a service appointment to have them look at the car. Its a complete safety hazard to drive now. Terrible the car is a fire risk now . I since stopped communications with them. Had to have it towed to my mechanic for a complete inspection and list of problems it has. Now own a 33k car that is non running due to fire risk when driving it. Chris and riley are great people. Just xxxx dealer policies . They said xle would be a substitute but i bought the limited for its features. Never buying pre owned from them stay away. How is taking a fire risk car back a burden on the dealership ? I am not taking it back because it do not like it. It is for safety concerns. More
